Need divorce - Me and my wife are talking

Me and my wife are talking for more then 1.5 years though we live in the same house and i do take care of all the expenses including homeloan EMI. it happened bcoz she always fights and curses all my family members even though we live separate since our marriage and they never visit us due to her nature.i want divorce but need my son's coustdy who is 6+ and don't want to give any alimony or maintenance to her. She was working in an MNC and have more then 12 years of experience and left her job in 2020 and started network marketing where i invested 4.5lakhs.
