Regarding annulment of marriage

I'm separated from my husband since 5yrs due to some unavoidable reasons i tried committing suicide because of him i have a daughter she's 5 now and doesn't know even whom her father is i want to divorce him but he's not ready for it i want seperation because after so many yrs now he wants only my daughter that's why he's punishing me i want to be free
Plz suggest me is annulment of marriage is possible for me

if he is punishing you physically the you can file for divorce for cruelty but you both are living separately so it will be difficult to prove so without any evidences or you can file for judicial separation and for the custody of the child.
