What should be done in case the husband who have agreed for mutual divorce is delaying the process deliberately? also, Can mutual divorce be filed without going to the court?

A. Hi,
Nothing much could be done in such cases, but instead, you can file a divorce petition yourself on the grounds of divorce.

A. If you have proper evidence and confident enough to prove it, then you can file divorce on the ground of Adultery and can claim compensation for mental harassment

A. If your in-laws harassed you.then file 498A case .nd if you want to live separate from your in laws .then also file domestic voilence case...if you want divorce .then file divorce case and contest it...if you and your husband both agree for the divorce..then file mutual divorce case .it hardly take 5 to 6 months

A. As you both have already decided to stay separately currently you may stay separated for six months or so and then you may decide if you would like to go ahead for mutual divorce along with the child custody and who will bear their expenses.

go for counselling.
if things still not improve you can file for divorce for cruelty but she can also file cases on you then you have to handle it..
