regarding filing divorce

Hi, Am currently in Australia and need to file for a divorce. Partner is in India. But looking at the current situation and lockdowns it’s highly unlikely for me to keep appearing for court notices.

If you are Abroad you can execute a special power of attorney in favour of your blood relative or any other person in India to appear on your behalf and if required your video conference will be taken to close the case.

A. It's better to compromise with her and ask her to withdraw the cases she filed against you. If her parents do visit and interfere in your marriage life then in such a situation at the time of compromise you can keep the strict condition to disallow her parents to your home.
In the first point whatever you suggest, you can keep it as your condition. Regarding second point you can do whatever betteer for your side
