i want to know that is this illegal that i have not done my worker(maid) police verification. if illegal then what IPC act is associated with it.

A. It is not illegal but it is for your and your property's well being. Take a xerox copy of voter card or Adhar Card of your maid and keep it with you and also go to the nearby Police Station hand them a copy of such with a letter stating such appointment.

I put my father name as sunil verma on all my documents i.e 10 certificate, 10+2 certificate, degree, passport, etc. But my father write his name as Sunil Kumar. Can you please help me out here.

A. dear client in your issue i agreed on advice given that 10th Certificate & School Leaving certificate is considered as authenticated name & date of birth proof you have your passport . You can change the name following the procedure as per your need and requirement.
