Is there any exceptions to applicability of guideline wherein it is said by SC that interim maintenance shall be paid from petition date, instead of order date, as per rajneesh vs neha case 4.11.2020?

A. According to the law, if you have made a mistake and your wife proves it then you will surely get punishment but if you are innocent then you need not fear whether section 498A, 420 or 406 will not spoil you.

A. Hi,
You can make an application directly to the High Court to quash false cases under Section 482 CrPC. We would not recommend that you take any action against the Judge, especially when your case is still in the process of being adjudicated.
