If I get ex.parte domestic violence case in my favour, then what will be next step? My husband is in uae .if order is passed by court to give maintenance to me and my minor kid who stay in india then can he avoid the court order since he is out of india?? How will he know that a court order is passed against him? We are not on talking terms since 3 years. Pls advise

A.its not criminal case but give embassy approach a try.
if possible wait and let him return to india.

You will only be able to get the decree enforced once he returns to India. Approach the police to assist you with locating him, they can arrange to have you informed when he arrives at an Indian airport.

Unfortunately, there is little you can do until he returns to India. The alternative is going to the UAE and filing a maintenance petition there, but this will involve significant expense and might not be worth it.
