Hi Sir/madam,
I wanted to know which one among the 3 cases (498A, 420 or 406) are big/dangerous cases filed against men.

A.According to the law, if you have made a mistake and your wife proves it then you will surely get punishment but if you are innocent then you need not fear whether section 498A, 420 or 406 will not spoil you.

A.Hi,
The punishment for 420 IPC has been given as 7 years which is more than provided for other offences. Therefore, it could be said that 420 is more graver than the others.

A.Hi,
All the cases that crimes under IPC for which punishment has been prescribed. However, the punishment for 420 IPC has been given as 7 years which is more than provided for other offences. Therefore, we can say it is more dangerous.

A.Dear client,
Nothing as such dangerous/ big in law with respect to person , but u may chose on period of punishment. Social status is spoiled with all sections. Hence ,
Sect. 420 has limit 7yrs. +Fine
Sect. 498A has limit 3yrs.+Fine
Sect. 406 has limit 3yrs or Fine, or with Both.

if you want to destroy his social status,498 A ,is best.
i put 406 on third place.
