A. Dear client,

Firstly explain the scenario to your husband. If required keep recordings of such actions. Speak to other family members, who can really help you. If all these doesn't work you have to lodge a complain under Section 498a, an FIR against your MIL,this might ruin your relationship with your husband. You have to be mentally prepared before taking such steps.
I would suggest you to first amicably settle the matter, then go for any such legal remedies.

A. Dear Client,
Firstly, try convening your parents. If they are still not agreeing and if you both are major you can be married legally and then if you want you can live separately from your parents. Just the marriage should be legal.

A. Dear Client,
considering you currently reside in Jaipur, you may also want to consult with legal professionals there to explore potential options. It could be beneficial to gather relevant documents, such as the marriage certificate and any evidence related to your sister's situation, and seek legal advice to understand the best course of action. Legal professionals can guide you on the appropriate jurisdiction for filing a complaint and help you navigate the complexities of your situation.

A. Dear client,

Dear clients if you changed your names in the documents after your marriage, it is your personal choice to change it back or not. But if you decide to change it back then you will have to redo a lot of documents and will have to write to multiple offices including your passport and license.

If you have the proof of your name change after the marriage then there should be no legal consequences or complications even if you decide to not change back your name.

Thank You

A. Dear Client,

As the girl in this case is a minor, the family of the girl can proceed with criminal charges under POCSO Act, having sexual intercourse or a physical relationship with a minor is a punishable crime as the consent from a minor is invalid and will lead to criminal proceedings.

A. Dear Client,
If you're open to discussing this situation with your current husband, you might consider persuading him to file for an annulment of your marriage, benefiting all three parties involved (yourself, your husband, and your boyfriend).
An annulment can be pursued within the first year of marriage, with the petition stating that conjugal acts were not performed. Given your circumstances, you have valid grounds for seeking an annulment. If your husband is unwilling to cooperate, you have ...ReadMore

A. Dear Client
What do you mean by father making his son legal?
If you are the father of you son then why this question unless the son is born not from your marriage to your wife.
If that be so then you will have to adopt your so called son.
