There are four grounds for contesting a will: (a) the will wasn't signed with the proper legal formalities; (b) the decedent lacked the mental capacity to make a will; (c) the decedent was unduly influenced into making a will, and (d) the will was procured by fraud.

If A&B are alive and in possession of the property, it should be divided among the two of them.
The six grandchildren can only make a claim for their shares once they become the legal heirs.

A. Hi,
Any legal heir can challenge the deed, but their claim is unlikely to succeed unless they can prove that there was misrepresentation or fraud with respect to the original partition deed.
