Since your husband is with Tamil Nadu Police, the options available to you are
Option 1:
1) You can file a compliant with the Additional Director General of Police, ([email protected]) and ask that you be paid monthly an amount equal to 50% of your husband salary directly by the department
and

A. When the girl has attained majority there wont be much of a problem. The girl needs to be on your side. When the police or the court asks her she must say that she has done everything on her own.
To get the girl out of the house arrest you can file a writ of habeas corpus.
