It is the duty of husband to maintain his wife. Since your father is earning as such your mother cannot claim maintenance from you.

A. you appear to be confused. first decide clearly whether you wish to stay with husband leaving every thing else or to enter that house force fully. In 1st case find out if rapprochement is possible by talking to your husband. otherwise get appropriate court order in DV case you have already filed. Vacillating may damage your case.
