A. dear client in your matter you can file a case against any one, there is no barrier as to Son in law or son. If some one has done a wrongful act then you can take legal action in this regard.The marriage of Hindus are governed by Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (as amended till date) and according to this act no person can marry twice during the lifetime of his spouse living until and unless he has obtained a decree from the court.So, the act done by you father in law is bad in Law.
