A. Pls be clear if the accident occur while on duty or out of duty ( personal time), however you have to file case on the vehicle with which the accident occured, Army may not allow this as the accident occured in Civil.
Army can help you in case filing and support as needed for this case

A. The medical board review is limited to disability pension only and not the defence pension. Medical board gives report basing on the case study.
