A. Dear Sir,
An accident results in two cases one is criminal case and you need not bother about it. Second is claim petition wherein you will get minimum Rs. 5 to 50 Lakhs as your father died in the accident. Never accept to compromise. Insurance Company will pay your compensation and if there is no insurance the properties owner of the vehicle will be attached.

Th copy of bill is valid and can be filed in your case. The award/compensation is solely and entirely based on the factual loss and the compensation you have demanded. Moreover, it is the discretion of the court to grant any such amount.

A. Dear Sir,
it is called contributory negligence. You must be aware if your vehicle was insured then it is liable for entire compensation. Secondly in criminal case basically the wards of children who given vehicle were at fault as such they must be added as accused. Try for this. There are few judgments. You are not liable for criminal charges but the parents of the rider of two wheeller.
