You should send an E-mail to the Commissioner of Police who is having jurisdiction over the matter
do mention what was happened with you in detail about the whole incident and request the concerned authority to revoke the mentioned case so that you don't have to pay any fine unnecessarily. Kindly attest all the scanned copies paper of your vehicle and also ask for proper evidence which is showing that you have over speeded your vehicle.
