My husband was driving a bike and he accident with scooty.In the scooty there are 3 person the sccoty driver was injured .Now they demand 20 lakh from my husband.Now what should we do

Have you filed any FIR to the local PS? If so, then the opposite party can file motor vehicle claim tribunal for getting compensation and if your vehicle covered under insurance then the insurance company will pay the compensation amount whichever may be as fixed by the competent tribunal.
