CERTIFIED COPY OF JUDGMENT
Is it mandatory as per Order 41 Rule 1 of CPC to sbumit certified copy of judgment when SLP filing is made? What will happen even OP was in possession of it and suppressed the facts of availability?

A. Aap court se certified copy receive kar sakte hai. Yadi aap ke pass aisa koi evidence hai ki court usko reopen kare. Evidence hona chahiye tabhi court case ko reopen kar sakti h.

A. Serve a legal notice on both the legal heirs of your father's deceased elder brother and the party to whom the land has been sold. Then file a case for declaration and revocation of the sale deed and mandatory injunction against them. In case you win you get the property back. If you want the remaining property only then file a case of partition after serving notice on your late uncle legal heirs.

A. Hi,
If your father’s name is mentioned in the revenue documents then it appears that you have proof to show your ownership of the land. Therefore, you should approach the Civil Court and file a suit accordingly.

A. Hi,
Although there are a number of ways to take possession of property by deed, by adverse possession, by gift. The ownership already lies with your grandfather because you say it is in his name. Find out the relevant documents and establish legal ownership in the nearest court of law.

A. You can insist to handover flat with complete ammenties and can refuse to go for registration. Since OC has already been received and builder is ready for registration hence RERA would not be effective. You can merely claim damages.
