How to get back land possession, the mentioned land have all the revenue document in name of my father.

A.Hi,
If your father’s name is mentioned in the revenue documents then it appears that you have proof to show your ownership of the land. Therefore, you should approach the Civil Court and file a suit accordingly.

A.File a declaration suit in the civil court and that should help. The other way would be to file a title suit depending on the situation and facts of the matter.
