I, grandson, declared as OCCUPANT by MHADA& LANDLORD. Builder is executing agreement with me for redevelopment.
WHAT DOCUMENTS CAN I TAKE FROM MY FATHER TO SAFEGUARD ME FROM MY SISTER'S FUTURE CLAIM?
Charges of making these documents by you?

A.Aap apne father se property ki direct will karaye. Jis se aap ke father ki death ke baad ukt property ke landlord ho jaoge.

A.Hi,
The property should be transferred in your name and you should be the holder of the property. You need to obtain a relinquishment deed from your sister in your favor so that she cannot stake a claim in the property in future. Charges would vary depending on the region.

A.Hi,
You will need to get a relinquishment deed signed by your sister in your favor so that your sister cannot claim any share in the property. The relinquishment deed has to be mandatorily be issued by your sister. The charges of these documents would vary depending on your state and region.

A.If the property is in your name and you want to safeguard from every angle. Ensure that you get the relinquishment deed executed by your dad and sister on that property. Post the development once the property is handed over to you, you must get it registered and mutated in your name properly.
Before that ensure that the agreement between you and the builder has all the clauses safeguarding your interest and nowhere you are left in dark.
If need be you can also take PoA from your sister and father.
