A. Dear client,
we would advise you to go through the rental agreement and carefully inspect if there is a clause that provides for automatic termination of the agreement on non-renewal. Additionally, you may also file a suit for eviction under the transfer of property act

A. Dear Sir,
If you feel the compensation amount paid to you is less than market price then you have to receive that amount under protest and approach civil court through an advocate. In the meanwhile you have to collect data through copies of sale deeds as to what is the market value prevailing in respect of neighboring lands.

A. Dear Sir,
Yes, you have to file a suit for specific performance within 3 years normally from the date of execution of sale agreement. Then a notice will be issued by the Court and thereafter court will direct you to deposit balance consideration amount if any in the court then the seller will be directed to execute registered sale deed in your favour if he did not turned up through court agency it will be executed.

A. As a seller you need to keep original agreement to sale once it is executed and notarized giving a true copy of same to buyer. However, when you are aware and confident about the condition of automatic cancellation of agreement after expiry of 60 days you should refund the advance after the expiry of 60 days on receipt of original agreement from the buyer. Refund of advance should be done with a written note citing the clause of automatic cancellation with documented delivery of refund of advanc ...ReadMore

A. Of course you can make an appeal in the higher Court for a part or portion of the Order of the lower Court that appears to be unsatisfactory to you accessing the merit and demerit involved in your appeal. In case, the higher Court finds no merit in your pleading Order may be passed upholding the earlier or reversing an Order affecting your favourable part of the Order.
