A. You have rightly thought about cancelling the commercial unit due to the whole situation and then the uncertainties ahead. Even if the builder is cutting 15% of the amount do take the balance amount in hand..... as at least he is ready to give the balance amount which will be actually beneficial to you. A. It is too much for the builder to say like that. Get issue a strong legal notice that if refund is not made within 15 days you will publish on social network about his unprofessional conduct etc.
