A. Dear Client,
In the given situation, you may file an application before the Head of the institution requesting for review of your practical paper. But, until and unless any deviation or discrimination in the matter of evaluation of a student's performance appears on the face of the record, your grievance or complaint against the professor may be rejected by the Court for lack of substantial evidence supporting your claim. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.

However, the complaint cannot be rejected on the grounds that the first appeal has not been made. The section 18 complaint can be made anytime after receiving the RTI response, or first appeal response and there is no time limit wi ...ReadMore

Under 3A especially Vokkaligas gets reservation in employment and education sector. The Vokkaliga caste comes under OBC in the central list. Vokkaliga Gowda is the most forward caste in India.
