Can i ask any Government organisation to give the list employees and their category or caste information ?

A. Hi,
Any information which relates to or has been supplied by the third party is referred to as third party information. This may involve different types of records like those related to personal information of individual or commercial information about an organization.
Protection of personal information, especially of a third party, is a valuable privilege which should not be lightly done away with or diluted.

A. Hire a good lawyer and see if amended provisions really apply to your case. Even then you can still file appeal to the concerned Appellate authorities. If you still not satisfied or you are being avoided on frivolous reasons you can file Writ Petition in High Court for necessary directions.

Dear respected sir/madam I am fighting multiple cases and paying maintenance to my wife for last 4 to 5 years. I got to know she is been married for last 3 years and having child from new marrige tho

A. Hello Sir
First of all you are not allowed to get someone's personal information and neither bank would give any kind of personal information of their customer i.e. your wife. You'll have to investigate in your own capacity and find out evidences of her second marriage so that you won't have to pay maintenance and get divorced easily.
Thanks.

Private Medical documents with out sign of PIO are considered as evidence

A. Hi,
The CIC had recommended the central and state government to “force” private hospitals to give medical records of patients on a daily basis and be transparent about it. It also quoted Section 2 of the RTI Act under which it is mandatory for private hospitals to provide information as treatment comes under “services”.

A. Hi,
Yes, you have the right to make a legal complaint against the school for failing to perform the required examinations; but, considering the current scenario and the school's financial status, the administration may decide to conduct exams now. I recommend that you speak with your school administration about the procedures they will use to assure correct marking before taking legal action.
Thank you.
