A. 1. since you are going to attain majority on 19 may, therefore, if your partner is also above 21, then you can opt for quashing of the FIR on the basis of the proposed marriage between you two,

Two things are not clear 1. You told that girl is unknown and 2. You your self declaring that the lady is known for blackmailing men for money . How you know this thing? She has taken photo means definitely some motive is there. But no need to worry. If she gives a complaint or black mail then you can file a case against her. If you have a done a wrong then she has to raise her voice at that time only.
