Are obc candidates of west bengal eligible to take admissions in neet pg 2024 since the form has already been filled and the category already mentioned as obc in the form and all this before 22/05/202 ...
Dear Client,
The order of the Calcutta High Court states that the OBC certificates issued from the year 2010 to 2014 are canceled as the OBC list prepared after 2010 was regarded as illegal. However, those candidates who have obtained the certificates before 2010 would not be affected by this decision. So, in this situation, if you have filled out the form for NEET PG admission between 2010-2024, then you would be ineligible to take admission under the OBC category.
Hope it helps.
Thank you.
