Employment and job - have cleared BECIL Employment and job - have cleared BECIL

I have cleared BECIL conducted examination against advertisement 'BECIL/HR/AIIMS-BHOPAL/Advt.2020/38' and was shortlisted for the position of Upper Division Clerk at AIIMS BHOPAL. I have done document verification and reporting formalities. Afterwards no communication was made regarding my joining process and they haven't issued me joining letter.
I tried to call or message the supervisor at AIIMS BHOPAL who work on behalf of BECIL, New Delhi. But all my efforts gone unsuccessful.
I wonder why I'm not offered the joining letter. I have now filed an RTI application, regarding exact status of the recruitment process.
But there's a question, if the officials at AIIMS BHOPAL are not purposefully offering me job. Where I should file a writ petition. I am resident of Maharashtra, recruitment authority is BECIL NEW DELHI, and job application is made for AIIMS BHOPAL.
I hereby urge all the qualified lawyers to throw a light on this matter and guide me further. Because I'm in need of the job.

A.Dear client, I am sorry to hear that. But in this situation You need to send a legal notice to the authority pertaining to your problem. After that you can file a writ petition before the Honourable High Court of your jurisdiction and get an interim stay order first against the joining procedure. Then after trial, if you have all the relevant documents supporting your case then you will definitely get your job.

A.Dear Client
In my opinion you can file the writ petition either in Madhya Pradesh or Delhi High Court as the job was for the AIIMS Bhopal and the BECIL New Delhi was the authority to conduct the employment process.
