I'm a businessman who sells goods to other businesses. I mostly sell goods as credit, not as cash. I want some Multiple legal documents to be signed by my customers so that they can't refuse to pay for products. But Me and my customer don't want to go to registration court to register that document because it's time consuming. Tell me What Multiple documents to be created between us which is legal and secure for me without going to registration court. Tell multiple documents name as per your knowledge.

A.1. you can get typed a few conditions/agreement on the overleaf of the invoice to bound the purchaser,
don't forget to take signature of the business owner/authorised person on the back side,
2. you can enter into a one-time agreement with each buyer for further safety but it will be a time consuming & hectic job,

A.Hi,

we need to have a detailed discussion to formulate the draft/business agreement/process to avoid any recovery issues.

We need to pay proper stamp duty to enforce the agreement.
