Eligibility changed in job notification Eligibility changed in job notification

In a Psu job notification, i asked for the reasons, like on what basis the eligibility changed. This happened continuously for 2 yrs for two times, they changed eligibility criteria after 15-16 days of notification. But they responded that clarification are not given in rti. How can I fetch info from them for the same via rti ?

A.You have to get issue a legal notice or file writ petition.

A.1. Go for RTI appeal.
2. You may file a writ to changes such changes.
