A.Dear Client,
You can pursue two degrees one in distance and one regular simultaneously without taking any permission from a regular University. UGC already allowed students to pursue two-degree courses simultaneously, one in regular mode and one in distance mode. UGC has released new guidelines for dual degree courses. As per the latest report, students can now pursue two simultaneous academic programs, including full-time degree courses.

A.Dear Client,
Generally, the regulations of University Grants Commission (UGC) do not allow you to pursue two full-time degrees simultaneously from different universities. Most universities have strict regulations against this practice. However, you can combine one regular degree with a distance program from different universities and the UGC regulations does not prohibit it, provided the class timings does not clash with your regular course. So, it is advisable to check the regulations of the university before pursuing a distant education.
Hope it helps.
Thank you.

A.Dear sir,
It may happen because you are not attending any college in case of distance education. Thus it is legal to get two degrees simultaneously.
