If I want to trade and sell Senitizer in retail do I need a B.Pharm degree? Is it any kind of crime?

A.1) For trading of Sanitizer you DONOT require the B. .Pharm degree
2) Make sure that you are NOT manufacturing the said product of Sanitizer
3) Make sure that the Sanitizer is BRANDED Or it must have Government approvals from – Drug & Cosmetic dept of India.
4) Make sure that the Wholeseller is providing with the GST BILL so that you don’t land up in trouble.
5) But For trading purpose you Require UDYOG ADHAAR & BMC – Gumasta License
6) If you are storing the sanitizer than – STORAGE LICENSE is Required
7) If you are storing in RESIDENTIAL PREMISES then NOC- from Fire Bridge is also required as Sanitizer is HIGHLY INFLAMABLE SUBSTANCE
