Other case statement

If someone has given statement in a case. Now in other case some how related to that case that person give another statement(almost opposite) about same matter. Can other party use other case statement.
A.Yes, it can produced and confronted to the witness if possible and take benefits out of such conduct.

A.Yes, You can inform your lawyer on this and can obtain a certified copy of the deposition of that case. Your lawyer can cross examine him citing deposition of the earlier case

A.yes. also aggrieved parties can file a criminal case on it.

A.If the circumstances are coinciding, then the earlier statement of a person can be used for confrontation. However, this is subject to the facts of the case, position of the parties and the nature of the evidence given. Pls provide further details to help you out.
