My Father and his friend's sons and his wife had a joint agreement for development of approx 4000 ( 3 kathha) land with builder at year 2012, but Nathi has been done by builder. We need cancellation of registered agreement
.2 legal notice has been sent. But no reply from builder. Kindly suggest what can be done

A.1) As you have made the agreement of development with the builder in the year 2012 then by default in the agreement there would be the START DATE and END DATE of the completing of the project work and so by default if the last date of the registered agreement has ended and still the builder has not built anything then, by default this agreement would have till now become null and void.
2) Also you can appoint a good property lawyer and put a public notice regarding dissolving / Cancelling off this registered agreement. Contact to the the sub registrar office pay the government cancellation fees through a property lawyer and execute the same, after that you can start a fresh registered agreement.
