Respected Sir/Madam,

Recently I had opted for work from home Online Data Entry Job opportunity as I am unemployed and as per the Contract Sign while taking up the job. "In the matter of non submission of the work or cancellation of work, the client is bound to pay the penalty amount of 6000 to the company. I was unable to complete the work, but had ensured to submit whatever work had been completed before the due date and time. Now I had started receiving mails and calls asking me to pay the amount, if not legal action would be. Is it true, is there any problem. Kindly share your views / opinion from the legal point of view for the above issue.

A.Dear Client My Sincere Advise is try to avoid online based Jobs and many companies are usually fraud and many were working from Nigeria based African nations where these companies would loot or steal your money.

Dear Client Try to work in Phyical based like offices, Restaurants, etcs which is usually fixed and secondary is we knew who is the owner and the office staffs and we can enjoy other benefits of ESI, Paid Leave, Food allowances where online companies does not.

Dear Client put your case in cyber cell regarding this if you have luck you can return money by filing a case and return of property of money if company situated in India if else, it cant.

A.It seems that you are a victim of online cyber fraud.
1) Which was the website and does the company have their own website ?
2) Who recommended you for this online work?
3) Where do you stay?
4) Do you have any contact details of which person you spoke to you for the contract work ?
5) Did you sign any type of Contract or Agreement with the company?
6) Most of these types of companies are fraud? They will just keep demanding money & reject your work.
7) As now they have sent you the legal notice or may send through email there is a high chance that they may file a case against you. It will be always better if you send a legal notice to the company for their false claim and mental harassment for you.
8) Also make sure that you are recording all the phone Calls which they have been calling you for money?
9) If possible file an complaint to cyber crime office in your area if they are sending you continuous messages & emails for the payments.
