A.Normally criminal cases may not be transferred as all the witnesses are available in the city where incident took place. Any how if you special circumstances then approach Supreme Court as it is state to state transfer.
Please give me Rank 5 if you feel my answer helped you.

A.In Criminal Cases, though Cr.P.C has provision for the transfer of case from one state to another, however the chances are very rare. But you have genuine and legitimate ground to move the Court, then you can discuss with your advocate and file an application with that respect.

PS: if found frivolous, then Court can impose penalty.
