My grand mother sold a property on 1983 along with her daughter and sons, but my mother name mentioned in document and as minor but my mother is major at that time and last name is mis match but.my mother didn't attend during registration

A.Your mother may file a suit for cancellation and make benefit out of litigation.

A.Your mother will have to challenge the registration made in 1983 , she should have a documented evidence proof that she was a major at that time and was not involved in the registration process but the grandmother always has the right to sell any kind of self acquired or ancestral property... You can give a try filing a civil suit …but the matter may get dismissed
