I have a two storied building,i stay at 1st floor,my tenant stay at 2nd floor,we have common staircase,my question is if I want to renovate my common staircase will i have to give notice or intimation regarding this work or will I straight away start the work? What is the general procedure?
A.On humanitarian grounds it is better to inform him formally to the tenant.

A.If you want to renew it the common staircase then it is better to intimate about the work of the repairs of the staircase at least by one week's time
