Police suspect that I have taken theft item. since 2006 till date me or my lawyer going to court on each hearing but from last three hearing i notices that my case status is PROCESS TO ACCUSED DORMANT CASE. When I asked about this to my lawyer he say don't worry. but i suspect that does court issue a arrest warrant against me? I don't know what to do.

A.You are accused and charged it is for the court to proceed as per the sections of various act. If you and your advocate attend without fail & defend you many be acquitted at the discretion of the proceeding & charges. However if you fail to attend a single hearing date court will take action against you.Better to consult a senior criminal lawyer from the panel of Vidhikarya to protect yourself .
