Sir,
we are 4 children to our parents, myself daughter and other three are my elder brothers.my father was expired in 2007.my brothers are showing a will deed of my father that farm lands are shared to three brothers and my mother.nothing was given to me.brothers are trying to sell mother's land.is there any right to me on my mother's land.Iam a physically handicapped women.pease guide me.

A.You should refuse to sign on any papers that your brothers may ask, and write to local authority not to change khata based on that will. Next , if they don`t go to court to prove that will, and if properties are transferred without your signature approach Court against the will.

A.You being a daughter have full rights to your parents property when they have demised. You can acquire only that property which is not "Willed" to someone else.

A.Under the Apex Court decisions there is share in immovable property to daughter also.You can claim your share of the property & also demand your share in the disposed property as per the law, for the you have to consult a property lawyer from the panel of Vidhikarya quickly to guide & help you in you family property share issue.
