A.File custody case. In divorce case if there is any arrangement relating to custody of child is made then contact the concern court. If required consult with details.

You just need to take the permission from the court to see your child, and court will fixed some hours or days so that you can see your child.

A.What is the age of Child. Is he Minor or Major. If you son is minor and have crossed the age of 12 years You can apply before the Court for visiting rights or custody whatever you want.
