I have purchased 3.08 acre granted land from my mother's brother which was granted in the year 10-07-1995 through saguvalli chit and in possession from 23 years till date .
On date 24-03-2018i had purchased 3.08 acres land from him and applied for Khatha. But Tasildar rejected my Khatha due to prrior permission from government by grantee as per circular dated 25-10-2018. So Tasildar gave me andorsement saying an appeal for Assistant commissioner in my case . Dated 24-03-2018 registered sale deed rejected for prior permission as per circular dated 25-10-2018 is violated or not . My date of registration is earlier than this circular came to effect . So please guide me that did I have violated KLR act and rules or according to KLR SECTION 128 129 can be my Khatha done in my name. Help me with genuine information
