M/s ABC private limited company based on kalkata purchase, flat in company name in 2010, through its notarized power of attorney holder. all the mutation documents are transferred in company name. latest tax paid receipt also verified. Now i am planing to purchase property from company, both the directors are staying kalkata aged around 63+, so not able to travel to bangalore for registration and ready give board resolution and GPA to the person in bangalore for registration. can purchase get a valid title deed ?
A.Yes, first complete the sale deed through GPA and resolution and take possession.
