Can we take criminal action against credit card recovery agency for sending bogus email
A.Yes, immediately we can take action against credit card recovery agency for sending bogus email. Also as per RBI recovery agency are NOT allowed to harass the clients for non-payment of dues..... You can sue them in court... Discuss in more detail & there is a way to make them bind all the legal obligations & they will have to follow the RBI- regulatory rules..

A.Check the IP Address of the E-mail received by you and the authenticity of the same.
If the same belongs to the CC Agency, then you can intimate to the Cyber Crime Department.
Make sure you have substantial proofs to support your case, if it is not supported by supporting proofs, you may have to face their wrath.
If the above are complied, YES, you can initiate action.
