Forcing Bbsc nursing students to join duty

We have received a notice from from collector office that due to lack of duty staff should immediately join the duty under pandemic act or otherwise legal actions would be taken. But since we are not yet trained staff and we haven't received any special training for treating the covid pt. and no one ready to take responsibility of students life. They are just forcing the students to work without any stayfund , life insurance and without any training . Plz give us advice what we can do in this matter
