How to get Domestic Incident Report under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005
A.If you are already preparing to file a DV case then leave it to your advocate, if you are not filing a DV Case then leave it.

A.Domestic violence report can be prepared at any stage of the proceedings but generally the court directs its preparation to be done at the time of issuance of notice to the respondents.

A.Hello there,
You can get Domestic Incident Report from the Protection Officer of your District, And then, DIR will be filed along with the complaint to the Magistrate of First class.

A.Go to women cell and meet protection officer and give a written complaint or cruelty against you. The protection offiCer will make DIR. Otherwise file a petition under domestic violence act
