You can get Domestic Incident Report from the Protection Officer of your District, And then, DIR will be filed along with the complaint to the Magistrate of First class.

My wife has complaint to protection officer on 18 may 2018 and protection office server notice via local police station to report on 30 may 18 and I have attained protection officer to day but I have not yet provided any Domestic incident report by the officer I am little bit confused about proceeding of protection officer ? Can her order me verbally to report every week to her office for six month ? She has such right under the act pwdv act 2005

Just be concerned about your Right, No one can harass you. At any point if you felt that the Protection Officer is trying to harass you. Then you may file a Writ under Art. 226
