Land Grant to ex serviceman

I am an ex serviceman I have occupied 3 acres of government land as part of my rehabilitation, the allotment was directed by the district deputy commissioner in a letter, now I have received a summons from the District Tashildar on account of land grabbing, please advice on possible solutions and implications

Some mischief person might have lodge such false complaint. Nothing will happen. Just share your originals and it will be closed by the Tahasildar.

A.If u had received a letter earlier alloting u land, there is no question of land grabbing. However if the letter was inadvertently issued to you or the order of allotment was passed by a officer not authorized , then you may have to surrender the land.But in any case there is no question of land grabbing by you.
