I had bought a flat. N full payment was done.The seller did the papers via agreement to sell gpa We had the flat for 4 days The seller came there broke the lock and said that he will cancel the will..The police has been bribed N whn we go there some of the ladies sit there.. they say come and we will accuse you in fake rape charges Seller faked his kidnap and returned after 1 month How to deal with this

A.Hi,
You can approach the court along with the proof of the agreement and payment details and contend unfair trade practice and ask for the possession of your flat.

A.Hi,
It is advisable for you to issue a legal notice and then file a complaint under Consumer Portection Act for unfair trade practises.

If you have all proofs of agreement and payment details to the builder then approach to court filing a petition under the suitable provisions of law
definitely you will get positive order from the court in case you have all valid proofs with you
