I have house in Pune , house plot share certificate on my grandparents name. House built on this plot is on name of my mother and my real aunt who is unmarried. And my mother is widow. I am only child in my family. If my aunt can give house nomination for her only to somebody else without consulting my mother as well as does is it legal if she can transfer her name to someone else without consulting us ?? If yes what will be legal procedure to stop this ?
