My grandmother - my mothers mother signed gift deed to his son , which he is claiming that but when I saw My grandmother signed in English but I found some different property document she signed in Tamil also I found on Aadhar card bank account in Tamil only , I think without she knowing she is signing in gift deed she signed in English , will this gift deed signed in English is legally accepted or not , please note she is still alive sign only in Tamil she is not studied more than 3rd standArd in Tamil medium

A.A person can have two signatures and can also sign in English and vernacular language. In case she feels that the signature was taken fraudulently then she must contest it otherwise it will be difficult to establish that in future.
