Sir,Ihave an inhouse maid.She is given a separate accommodation on the top floor of my house with a single bed roomed flat.She has been living there with her husband and two children since 2011.I intend to keep her for whole life because she is good. What precautions should I take to make sure that she doesn't claim the property leagally after somtime.

A.One document should be prepared, either treat her as Tenant or as a permissive possession-holder. In both instances, the person cannot claim absolute ownership over the property.
