PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HARASSMENT BY A MENTAL PATIENT

My neighbour is a mental patient. She(husband died) and her family (her mother, father and daughter) mentally and physically harass and torture my and nearby families. They give fake complaints in police stations. Police by understanding their mental problem takes no action. Now we are fed up of this and at the verge of suicide. Is there any remedy for this???

A.Dear client make a recording of spy camera recording of it with clear voice and actions and take him to court or law and file a case Regarding this evidence always speak in court of law. Regards NITHYANANDAN.S
